Protecting your personal data is important to us. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (GDPR) as well as this privacy policy.

Owner: Muhammet Arpacık

E-mail: [email protected]
Phone: +49 173 3799388
2. Accessing the website / server log files
When you access our website, your browser automatically sends information to our website's server, where it is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. This includes, among other things:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the file retrieved (the requested page)
- Browser used and, where applicable, the operating system
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
This processing is carried out to safeguard our legitimate interests in the stability and security of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after 7 days at the latest.
3. Hosting
We host our website with Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. The personal data collected in the course of operating the website (e.g. server log files) is processed on the hosting provider's servers within the EU. The provider acts as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR; a corresponding data processing agreement (DPA) is in place. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and reliable provision of our website).
4. Content Delivery Network (Cloudflare)
To deliver our website securely and with good performance, we use the content delivery network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare acts as a proxy between your browser and our server and processes IP addresses in order to ensure the delivery of content, the security of the website and protection against overload and attacks (e.g. DDoS attacks). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and performant operation of the website).
This may involve a transfer of personal data to the USA. The data transfer is safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), in which Cloudflare participates on a certified basis, and additionally by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address line changes from "http://" to "https://", and by the lock symbol in your browser bar. When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
6. Contact form
When you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details (name, e-mail, optionally telephone and company, and your message) are transmitted to us by e-mail and stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry. Submission requires your consent via a checkbox; to protect against automated submissions (spam) we use a technical honeypot field. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
7. Cookies
Our website uses only a single, technically necessary cookie: "pll_language". This cookie is set by the Polylang plugin and stores solely the language version of the website you have selected, so that it is retained on your next visit. It is a functional cookie required for the proper operation of the multilingual website.
We do not use any statistics, analytics or marketing cookies and we do not carry out any tracking. As the aforementioned cookie is technically necessary, no consent is required for it pursuant to Section 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
8. Sharing of data
Your personal data is not transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed. We only share your data if you have given your express consent, if it is necessary for the performance of a contract, or if there is a legal obligation to do so. This does not affect the involvement of the processors named above (hosting, CDN).
9. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- objection to the processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data.
10. Data protection contact
